1. Enter your Full Name and Contact Info: Provide your best phone number and email address. We use this to deliver your estimate and schedule the site assessment.

2. Enter the Installation Address: Provide the complete street address where the generator will be installed.

Step 2: Define Your Project Needs

1. Specify Your Generator Type: Select Whole Home Standby Generator Installation.

2. Confirm Fuel Type: Indicate the type of fuel source you plan to use for the generator (Natural Gas or Propane).

   Note: If you currently have an existing Natural Gas meter or Propane tank, please note the proximity to the desired generator location in the final "Project Notes" box.

Step 3: Upload Crucial Project Photos (REQUIRED for Accurate Estimate)

Photos are the most critical part of this estimate! They allow our team to visualize the site conditions, ensuring your quote accounts for cable lengths, fuel hookups, and clearances.

1. Take and Upload the 4 required photos:

   • Photo A: The Electric Meter: A clear, close-up photo of your current home electric meter and the main electrical service panel (usually where the main power line enters the house).

   • Photo B: The Main Electrical Panel: A photo of the circuit breaker box inside your home.

   • Photo C: The Proposed Generator Site: A photo showing the proposed location where you would like the generator to sit (usually outside the home, near the meter).

   • Photo D: The Gas/Propane Source: A photo showing the existing gas meter or the propane tank connection.

Step 4: Final Details and Submission

1. Add Any Project Notes: Use the comments box to note any unique challenges or details, such as:

   • Access issues (fences, landscaping, etc.).

   • Specific concerns or requests (e.g., "Need the generator placed behind the garage").

2. Review and Submit: Double-check that all fields are complete and your 4 required photos are attached. Then, click [Submit] to send your request.
