Please follow these steps to submit your request for Maintenance, Service, or Repair. Providing complete details helps us schedule your appointment quickly and accurately.

Step 1: Provide Your Contact & Location Details

  1. Enter your Full Name and best contact information (Email and Phone Number). We will use these to confirm your appointment.

  2. Enter the Service Address where the generator is physically located (Street, City, State, Zip).

Step 2: Define Your Service Need

  1. Crucially, select the type of service needed:

    • Choose Generator Maintenance if you need a routine oil change, filter change, or annual inspection.

    • Choose Generator Service / Repair if your unit is currently malfunctioning, showing an error code, or not starting when required.

Step 3: Detail Your Generator

  1. Identify the Generator Make/Manufacturer (e.g., Generac, Kohler).

  2. Locate and enter the Model Number (if known). This information helps us ensure we bring the correct parts.

  3. Specify the Fuel Type (Natural Gas, Propane, or Diesel).

Step 4: Describe the Issue & Schedule

  1. Describe the Issue or Service Requested:

    • For Service/Repair: Detail what is happening (e.g., "It ran for 10 minutes then shut off and shows error code 1500").

    • For Maintenance: Simply state "Annual Maintenance Request."

  2. Select your Preferred Date(s) and Timeframe (e.g., morning or afternoon) for the appointment.

Step 5: Review and Submission

Please review all the details you have entered. Once complete, click "Submit."

Our team will review your request and any photos you provided. We will then email you a Generator Maintenance or Service Call Estimate within 24 hours. Your approval of this estimate is required before we can finalize and schedule your appointment. We will use your preferred contact method to follow up and confirm your booking once the estimate is approved.
