Step 3: Upload Photos (Highly Recommended!)

Uploading photos is the single best way to prepare our technician and ensure they arrive with the proper materials.

For the fastest, most effective service, please upload clear photos relevant to your issue:

  • For Circuitry Issues (Tripping breakers, power loss):

    • Please provide photos of your main electrical panel.

    • Crucially, if you are comfortable and it is safe to do so, please open the small outer metal or plastic access door. We need a clear photo of the breakers inside this compartment. This allows us to quickly identify the brand, type, and style of your breakers and panel—essential information for preparing the correct parts.

    • Safety Note: Please DO NOT attempt to unscrew or remove the large cover plate (the dead-front) that protects the panel's wiring. Only open the outer door that provides access to the breaker switches.

  • For Device Issues (Outlets, Switches, Fixtures):

    • Please submit a clear, close-up photo of the device(s) that need service (e.g., the faulty outlet, the new fixture to be installed). This helps us identify the type, color, and required tools/components.

Step 2: Provide Your Availability

We are committed to serving you as quickly as possible. Please tell us when you are available for service during our normal business hours.

  • Standard Availability: Our normal service hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Preferred Time Slots: Please indicate two or three days and time windows (e.g., "Monday PM," "Tuesday 8-12," or "Anytime Wednesday") that work best for you. This helps our team match your request to the earliest possible open slot.

  • Emergency Service: If your request is urgent and falls outside of standard hours, please check the box for "Emergency/After-Hours Service." A surcharge may apply, and we will contact you immediately to confirm technician availability.

Please provide your contact details and a description of the issue you are experiencing.

  • Location: Specify the address where the service is needed.

  • Request Description: Please provide a detailed description of the issue (e.g., "Outlet in the kitchen is not working," "Need a new circuit for a hot tub," or "Light switch is flickering").

Step 4: Review and Submission

Please review all the details you have entered. Once complete, click "Submit."

Our team will review your request and any photos you provided. We will then email you a Service Call Estimate within 24 hours. Your approval of this estimate is required before we can finalize and schedule your appointment. We will use your preferred contact method to follow up and confirm your booking once the estimate is approved.
