I had a doubt about the butter you used in this cake recipe. I made the fruit cake today and it came out wonderful!!! So what kind of fruits and measurement would you suggest. Can I substitute wine for brandy for soaking fruits. You can use brown sugar instead of white one, it should give a brownish colour without compromising the taste too.
